What a great sketch challenge we have today. Thanks Cathy.
I opted to caption this card 'Confusion.' One look and you'll know why I decided upon that word. I had some inca gold smooching goin' on (thanks Loll)and then thought, "Ah ha" .. this needs water colors. Since I don't have those banner cut dies, I used Sweet 'n Sassy's image thinking it would be a suitable substitution. Once I got it together (the card I mean), I was immediately drawn to the conclusion that the whole water color idea didn't really look all that great. In essence, I've drawn my own conclusion ~ it's definitely confusing.
I'm confident whoever receives this card won't have any idea what its all about. It's a confusing card yet has a thank you sentiment. Imagine that.

I think it's so cool!!
I do hear you though -- my card is just the same today. It just doesn't seem to go together - traditional stuff and the coloring I did. Some days are like that, for sure!

Ann, this makes perfect sense, if you consider that the sentiment is sarcasm. A mess on my floor would get me to say that in sarcasm. Unless, of course, I made the mess myself. The lady is so cool, with her arms folded just like my mom used to.

This card looks like the look of confusion to me when I try to use brushos.....looks like the gal just made a bg, and now is thinking of what to do with it. Can relate. TFS

Now you got me cornfused!!!!!! Heehee! I kinda like this one.....very splashy focal point, classy lady (whose hair and make-up look great, btw) and a darling sentiment. I really LOVE the hint of the gold mirror paper. Fabulous card, I say! You did good, my friend!
