What a great sketch challenge we have today. Thanks Cathy.
I opted to caption this card 'Confusion.' One look and you'll know why I decided upon that word. I had some inca gold smooching goin' on (thanks Loll)and then thought, "Ah ha" .. this needs water colors. Since I don't have those banner cut dies, I used Sweet 'n Sassy's image thinking it would be a suitable substitution. Once I got it together (the card I mean), I was immediately drawn to the conclusion that the whole water color idea didn't really look all that great. In essence, I've drawn my own conclusion ~ it's definitely confusing.
I'm confident whoever receives this card won't have any idea what its all about. It's a confusing card yet has a thank you sentiment. Imagine that.

One of the really fun benefits of SCS is feeling part of the community and reading comments on others work! This card showcases that in an amusing way! Here I thought I had commented on this too fun card only to realize it was others I was reading my thoughts...and so like Dockside mused about the Ann's with no 'e's' and those other Anne's...I couldn't agree more with what she opined!
Love your art and that wicked sense of humor.....grin

You are so funny, Anne. I enjoyed reading what everyone saw. The more I studied it, the more I saw. Anyway, she is laughing and happy and that is all that is needed. I so enjoyed reading your post.

Heehee, your little story here is so fun to read. This is a wonderful card and I love this young lady's contemplative look. At first glance I totally saw a skirt blowing in the wind, then I looked at her face and just wondered what she was thinking. Thank you for sharing this with us.

i love the watercolours on this creation! my interpretation is that she's admiring her artwork and she's pleased with how it turned out. maybe she wants to thank someone who inspired her. yes, i have an active imagination.
