I created a card for my pins and holder rather than a flip-top holder. I used neutral colors to keep inline with her holder. I used corsage pins and beads

Wow! This is fantastic! I love the beautiful stick pins you created! Each on is different but no less beautiful than the next. I like the way you repeated your butterfly motif with the bit of lace. This would make a great gift and card in one! TFS
