Card #3 for my "2016 Send a Smile" challenge. (See this post for more information.)
Die cut "smile" from scrap of dotted DSP. and adhered to panel of Bazzill Diamond Bling cardstock. Instead of using the dot that comes with the die, I used a circle stamp from the "Let's Bokeh" set from Lawn Fawn and a little smiley face stamp from Stampendous to make my own "happy dot" instead.
Assembled card as shown.

This card may be small, but let me assure you it captures the essence of what you want to do so perfectly. Love the matching paper sentiment. Just as sweet as can be. Someone will love this. I know I do.
