Winding up my favorite stamping week of the year - Dare to Get Dirty. Start HERE for information and prizes!
This is for my final challenge of the week. I made this for an elderly friend at church who has been down with a hurt leg. For the years that I've known him, he is always on the front pew in our service, so when he's gone, everyone knows.
We call him Huggin' Doug, and I hope this card brightens his day half as much as he's brightened mine over the years.

I really love this - it's made me smile and I am sure Doug will appreciate it.
This is a super-fun challenge, I'm looking forward to seeing what people come up with for it.
Nice and easy notes was one of my first sets. I loved all the images. This is simply adorable. I love the designer paper you used with the image and the sweet embellishments.

I just love seeing older stamps get pulled out and used again. This is such a darling stamp and you have done an amazing job with it on this darling card.
This is great! I just saw that stamp down in our stamping area yesterday! I love the layout and the colors on your card. Thanks so much for the challenge!

What a nice tribute you wrote to your friend, and I am sure this adorable card will cheer him up. The subtle sponging on the edges of each part of the card really ties it all together. What a great stamp for a feel better card.
