This is for Dina's Brown Paper Collage challenge. I had the seeds of an idea on Friday, but didn't get stamping time till yesterday. I've combined it with the current Impression Obsession "Birthday" challenge.
I used brown wrapping paper, reckoning that it would stand up to a bit of paint. I used blue acrylic, and when it was dry, added some white and green with pencils. For the sand I used distress embossing powder.
The coral is the Bare Tree, sponged with oranges, and I sponged the little seahorses with green, brown and a hint of blue. Gesso for the clouds, Stickles for the spray and some little patches of clear microbeads were next.
I sponged the edges with Colorbox Harbor, added the sentiment and attached it to a European DL size base. I think I might keep this for DH, I like how it turned out. Thanks for a fun challenge, Dina.

Wow, Sabrina, when you do a MIX MEDIA card, you REALLY do a mix! I have been looking at it for quite some time, wondering how you pull all these creative ideas out - all at one time! Love the coral, the seahorses, how you did the sand and the clouds, the sparkle of the seafoam on the shore, heck, I love it ALL - this is DEFINITELY one you want to save for your DH!!
