Today we were to cut out some paper strips and cross ‘em up. I chose to use some already cut up scrap strips. You see I save all those tiny strips for use later on mosaic tape. But today, I just weaved some together....my card....
This card is ALL scraps and left overs I found on or around my table....except for the newsprint flower, only the center was already done.
Basically after weaving my scraps and making the flower I just put this altogether on a white AC card and doodled the edges.
You know it looked good before I glued it all down, but not so sure I like it now that's it is a finished card. What do you think? Too crazy?........TFL :0)

I tried weaving little strips, Cathy, and it was a DISASTER. I have great appreciation for your piece. Love your card! The heart down in the corner really caught my eye....looks like a polymer clay creation.

Great weaving of those funky strips! I love the flower (that I thought was a face with big sunglasses). Maybe it's the eye surgery.......I dunno! Anywho, I love your card, Cathy!

Of course, I'm wishing I could put my hands on that strip paper you sent me. How I ever misplaced it, I'll never know. Love the color mixture and textures. Wonderfully colorful and creative.
