I CASED this fantastic Frosty card by Shadow: Gallery at Splitcoaststampers Ever since I saw it last January I knew I had to make it as a special Christmas card for my hat crazy friend. Thanks for the great idea, Shadow!
For the dry-embossed snow drifts I made a stencil out of thin cardboard that I cut into curves, chalked the ridges with blue and then used the Ice Stickles. I made the hat and purse out of Lovely Lilac cardstock and colored them with purple H20's to match. The flowers are also colored with H20's and then glittered with Stickles. There are dimensionals under the flowers, Frosty's head and chest, the purse and sign board. After I embossed the snowflakes in white, I stamped them again using Versamark, heat & stick and DD glitter. It's all very glittery and gaudy.

Very cool and glitzy snowlady - that hat and scarf are great, but it's the purple purse with the silver closure that really completes this card for me!! Great job on the snow as well.
