I missed last week's party and I am so glad to be back in the fun. This little mouse is hiding from the cats on the water tower. He thinks they are real. He is hiding in the shadow of the flower that resembles the mudder's middle flower on her card. I am saying that the center of the flower is an antique button (my nose is growing....) and the flowers in the dp represent the style of flowers on the mudder's card. I think the dp gives this card the country feel. As you can see, I am not fully rested from my week in Kansas City, MO with Builders for Christ.
This little mouse with the string on his tail reminds me of a story way back when I was first married in our new little very old house. It had a crawl space and I did not know that there was a hole behind the stove where mice would come to visit. My first encounter with one of my guests was in our bathroom. We had a small bookcase of reading material.....and I heard a noise. I picked up the bookcase and saw my friend. It squealed and I yelled and during our introduction, I dropped the bookcase on its tail. He was squealing and I was yelling so I picked up the bookcase and we both ran out of the bathroom, down the same hall....he went right and I went left. We sounded like a herd of something running side by side. I had my husband plaster and duct tape the hole!!! Duct tape is my friend.
Thank you for looking.

Wowzers Sis, is this very country-fied! You really did a wonderful job with that digi! Your "antique" button is amazing, matches your dp quite well. Love that dp all eb'd up. Your center panel is way cool with your faux stitching. This is just over the top wonderful and it comes with a great funny story. I just love re-hearing stories of your past. OMG! What an adorable card Con Air! Sorry I was so late to greet you! Yikes! I was walking along trying to keep Spit and Spat, the Cats, outa trouble and Spit jumped which caused somethin' in the grass under my feet to jump which made me jump which caused Spat to jump and we all ended up in a pile. We are still investigating who caused the first jump! Me thinks it might been your duct tape friend trying to get in on the teaparty! What a fun mouse story, they are a pleasure to deal with from time to time huh...and they always think YOU are in THEIR house! The nerve!!!
Never a dull moment!
This card is precious beyond precious! So glad you are back. We missed you bigtime girlfriend but hey, we realize you gotta a life to live also! Tee hee!
