The Queen for week #14 is zgirlsgranny, aka Linda. Her week of reigning as queen was actually last week, but the week flew by before I realized I hadn't made a card yet for her. SO sorry, Linda, to be so late!
I cased this card: IC227 Proud to Call NC Home! by zgirlsgranny at Splitcoaststampers
I love light houses, and here in Lake Havasu we have small replicas of light houses from all over the US. I don't know if we have the Lake Hatteras in Linda's card, but I would bet that it is somewhere along the lake shores. I changed images, but used a lighthouse, I tied a sailor's knot at the bottom of the card (after googling how to tie a sailor's knot) instead of stamping birds and left off the brads. Changed the bright blue and white to navy and kraft.
Hope you enjoyed your week in the spotlight, Linda!

What a great card! Love your scene - and that you took the time to figure out how to tie that fabulous sailor's knot! I'm a tad behind the times on getting my QFTD cards done so I'm quite happy to know I'm not the only one who is getting to them after the crown has passed along to a new QFTD. Enjoy your weekend!
