I wanted to make another card for the IC today. When I saw the Country Delight tableware, the colours in the blue plate reminded me of Basic Grey Marrakech.
Looking at the finished card I'd have maybe corner punched the red panel too, but I spent the afternoon in bed with a migraine, so it's just going to stay as it is.
5 3/4" base. Basic Grey Marrakech panel corner punched. Square of textured red paper cut with a circle aperture in the centre (I tried using Canvas to get a texture a bit like the plate in the photo, but when the smell of the EP started making me sick, and it didn't look right anyway, that's when I went to bed for a while). I used Crazy for Chickens for the image, colouring with H2Os, and cut a little blue neck scarf for the hen, to which I added white polka dots. Serendipity Stamps sentiment cut with Double-Ended tags and attached with flower brads, with yellow gems.

Hey Sabrina, one would never know you're suffering w/a migraine with this beauty. Magical creativity here. Love the big bird and the smaller one in yellow! Very fun and very sweet.

Hey Sabrina!! I LOVE Anna Wight's chickens, but I haven't ordered them yet. You know how it is--so much untouched rubber!! This is darling and I love that great textured red under the main image. You've got me wanting to visit Whipper Snapper...
