I made this card last week using white glossy cardstock and alcohol inks. The effect is so much prettier IRL. My photography skills leave a lot to be desired! I first embossed the flourish using white ep and heat set it. Next I used salmon, mountain rose and copper mixative alcohol inks and applied them using Tim Holtz' blending tool. I then used a paper towel with a bit of blending solution on it and removed most of the colour from the embossed flourish. I love playing with the alcohol inks, you never know how it is going to turn out. The more you blend the more it changes! Very cool technique. The main panel is popped up and mounted on a pre embossed 5 x 5 card. I also coloured the rhinestones using the alcohol inks.
Thanks for looking
