I created a card yesterday that, from all appearances, took on a mind of it's own.
I was determined to use this beautiful paisley ribbon Peggy sent me 2 years ago! It's a rust color which has been somewhat difficult for me to use.
Luckily, my graphic45 paper seemed to be the perfect accompaniment for Peggy's ribbon.
I was also dying to use my new RubberNecker collage stamp. So I put my Rubbernecker collage image togeter with Peggy's ribbon and a spare key, and there you have it.
THANKS TO: Peggy for the paisley satin ribbon and Christine, Whim6915, for the black bling!

Anne, I love how you combined all your elements to make this fabulous card. It is a beautiful card. I need to practice the collage. I hope someday to do a card as fine as yours with that collage-y look. Of course, you know that I will look for your cards as inspiration. It is always a pleasure to see what you have created for the gallery.

I'm not sure I took in the entire card at once! Back for a second peek! That vintage key is just a delight! Great idea to disguise your spare key on a card - and keep it in your mailbox - lest you lose your key! I know you are wont to such things - at your age - it's just inevitable! The passage of time must go by so quickly as you get into your 70's like you are! Way to preserve yourself with the plastic surgery and bariatric surgery!
