This is the last of my cards to the pastors at my church. As I noted in my previous card, the senior pastor of my church passed away last week and I wanted the remaining 2 pastors to know I would keep them in my thoughts & prayers during their time of grief and transition.
I just had to case another of va.sunshine's cards, the featured stamper this week. Both cards I cased of hers I had to turn into masculine christian cards, but the main layouts of her cards are what inspired me. I changed up colors and embellishments to fit what I needed the card for. Thanks again Teresa for your inspiration and your lovely gallery.
I used Provo Craft Euro Vintage paper and ran it through the CB with the mesh embossing folder, I added just a touch of dazzling diamonds to the sleeve cuffs of the image, a silver cross charm, some black and silver metal brads and popped the layers up on dimensionals. I had to add the corner pieces as somehow my patterned paper was crooked on top and the corner pieces fixed it perfectly! Instead of using a ribbon, I used the metal brads.
And, yes, again Anne and Debzi, you can't tease me about using marble in my photo shoot and remark about me losing my marbles because this time I used crosses - hey, there's nowhere to go with that unless you don't plan on getting to heaven!!! LOL!!!
Thanks so much for taking the time to look and listen to me ramble. If you have a chance, let me know what you think!!!

Wow, pammy, this is one wonderfully masculine sympathy card. I think it's perfectly kind and sensitive of you to remember the remaining Pastor's. A loss such as this one is so difficult but the transition and changes that occur as a result of this loss, can be overwhelming. I'm confident they will both take great delight in receiving your cards.

Hello Pam, this is just DIVINE!!! I am sorry to hear of the loss of your Senior Pastor....I love this image and all that you have done with it - your Pastors will appreciate it and all of the love that has gone into it!! The embossing adds so much, as does the dazzing diamonds - what a lovely touch! I am about to have a look at your other cards...I have been helping a friend at the Craft and Quilt Fair over the past 4 days and have lots of commenting to do - especially with yours - you have been so busy!! Thanks for sharing! {{{hugs!}}}

Pam, this is one gorgeous card!!!! I think I might just have to CASE this one;). I truly love everything about it. All right, one more thing though, you'll have to share where you've got those fantastic charms. I find the more simple ones, but these right here are fabulous. Would you please share? Oh, one more thing. I think I'll have to come visit you and go shopping with you at the $ store, my $ store does never ever carry anything even close to this wonderful stamp.
