This is for RESQ06TT..the Trashy Tuesday challenge was to use a line of Oscar's garbage song for inspiration. I chose the line about loving a clock that won't work. When I retired my biggest thrill was putting away the alarm! So this is for a retirement, a great reminder that we love clocks that we don't or can't use! The card is small, made from a pre-made piece I had. The paper is flecked so those aren't oops on the frame..I like the flecked look..more aged! The sentiment I did on my computer to get what I wanted. TFL...Trashy Tuesday is always fun..check it out at the RESQ challenge.

What a great retirement card. I could never have thought of a design like this. This is really great, and I just know the recipent will thoroughly enjoy receiving this one.

You are so right, Helen. That's the best thing about retirement--no alarms! Great card based on the line. Love the way you did the ribbon treatment--very unique.
