I thought I had the perfect dp paper for this guy until I realized after I was done that the paper is dinasours and not dragons! Duh! At least they both start with D
The circles were cut with nestabilities. The dragon was cut and raised and the presents were cut and raised and then the bow raised once again. He was colored with prismas and gamsol. DD on the wings and ribbons. Stitched around the edges.
TFL!!

Ms. Dianne, how the heck did I ever miss this one? First time ever ... you've made a card I do believe I can case ~ of course you'll never see the end result. As soon as I saw that paper I thought oh how sweet it is! Then, you burst my bubble when you said it doesnt match the dragon. I would never have noticed that, girl. This is so you and just so wonderfully fun and sweet!

I think the paper goes great with this! Love the way you colored the dragon image and adding the sparkle was a perfect touch! Love the layered circles on the sketch and the corner treatment!
