When I was making my card on Monday for the starburst technique challenge I had to cheat because I didn't have the tag punches it needed so I used what I had... circle punches... and made a snowflake. (tlc199 circle punch snowflake by kaloso05 at Splitcoaststampers) As I was making it, part of me kept thinking that I could do the same thing and make a flower so that's what I've done tonight with this card.
I used 1 1/4", 1 3/8", and 1 1/2" circle punches to make very skinny rings which I glued together then cut away the parts that I didnt' need. The parts I cut away were then added back to make more petals and then the whole thing was glued onto vellum. Once it dried I put all the brads in the center (boy is this card top-heavy!) and a bit of gel pen sparkle and popped it up on a dimensional over the card base and stem.
Thanks for looking... what do you think?

I think this exquisite card is one of those that require $29.95 for postage! It's definitely a keeper. Love your creativity on this more than gorgeous card.
