What a great combo...would have NEVER thought of it myself though!
All materials are SU! except for the flower and leaves - found them among my misc. materials, and the CB folder.
The card base is easy to make. Simply make your normal card base and cut off the front, about 1 inch from the crease. Use the SU! scallop punch to punch on that 1 inch part. Create your new front using different CS. Here I CB'd only a portion of it. I make it a little bit longer on all the sides, then adhere it to the scallop edge. I use my paper cutter to trim the edges to match the back of the card. This way, the card matched precisely.
