Congratulations to the SC...it's 200 today! Thanks, Roxi and others for challenging us each week. I know I find this one the most difficult one. I also appreciate being able to go back and find one to fit my needs...our community is PRICELESS, don't you argee?
When I saw this sketch, I say pillowcase! And it just so happened I needed a recovery card for a coworker who is having carpal tunnel surgery today. Amazing, she expects to only be out for a week!
I began with my Cuttlebug and one of the small dies that cuts a postage stamp. The inner square was just the perfect size for the squares. These are cut on unknown black linen textured cs. The Hyacniths are inked on GP white with the big and juicy rainbow pad. I cut and popped the center flower. The hand holding a watch is inked with VersaColor black on white GP cs. I used a watercolor pencil on the clock face to pull a bit of the lavender up. The 'feel better soon' is Daisy Bucket acrylic stamp. I used the VersaColor again and embossed in clear. The black scallop was created using an SU punch. My card base is American Crafts double sided paper.
A simple card to drop in the mail on my way to work today. Hope all is well out and about...have a fabulous day! Thanks so much for your gift of comments to me!

Just another card from Susan's studio! Oh wait a minute: you dont have a studio do you? I think you mentioned in one my comments you use 2 kitchen cabinets as I do! Okay, just another card created in paradise. Love your papers, edges and staples. Wonderful card, Susan. It's hard to believe you have struggles with Wednesday's challenge.
