Beth, you certainly chose an amazingly talented stamper for the FS #91. I have to admit I felt a bit intimidated by Beccas' gallery, she is quite accomplished at precision and layers...after much time, I finally decided to case this card. I love the ribbon and the square set on point, this is such a lovely card. My changes are obvious, the colors, the sentiment, added the eye collage. This is a large card, just a bit over 6" square.
I headed into Basic Greys' Obscure papers for my card. The eye collage is from Stamp Francisco. I stamped it on GP white with Adirondack pitch black and embossed in clear ep. I watercolored the eyes blue and used Copics to color in the instruments. It is popped on foam. The panel is two different Obscure papers, the first one cuttled with a paisley embossing folder. I inked the Stampotique sentiment the same as my eye collage. It is mounted directly to the ribbon. I finished it off using one of an assortment of birthday metal (a gift from Artystamper, Julia thanks again!!!)
I really enjoyed visiting Beccas' gallery...do enjoy your special day! Thanks for your comments and I've waxed poetically about focus my blog if you're interested.
