Wasn't sure I would get a card done for today since I had a dentist appointment and no real quote stamps. But, in between my pools I was able to swing into Michaels and they had some really cute stamps that I just had to purchase. So thanks to clean pools I was able to get done early today, make a card and make my dental appointment! Next week is going to be bad since Saturday it is going to rain. Rain brings wind, and wind knocks leaves into the pools for some crazy reason. So I probably will have to work longer days next week. Don't know why I am sharing this with you when I should be telling you how I did my card. So.....here are the details.....
Stamped my doggie on white cs, drew his bed and the rug underneath it. Masked him and stamped the wonderful weaves on his bed. Colored all of it with koh--i-noor pencils blending w/gamsol. Masked it all off and stamped the flowers for the wall paper, used scor pall for the lines. Sponged with tattered rose. Drew the base board and colored it with re-inkers then stippled the carpet. Cut this out with my oval coluzzle then sponged and doodled the edges.
Stamped my sentiment, I mean quote. Rounded the corners, then sponged and doodled the edges.
Put the brown dp on a white card, added my oval panel, then popped up the sentiment. Added a doggie bone because that is what Rosco dog would have by his bed if I would retrieve it from under the refrigerator! LOL There you have it!........TFL :0)

Great card. I love that you draw on all of your cards. That really makes the possibilities endless. And you are so good at it. Love the sentiment. I used one of those too. Glad you had a good pool day. What a job that is. Great card. TFS

Awww that looks just like my black lab Olive when she sleeps...except that it's a yellow lab of course! And that quote grows even more true as an adult...I keep telling my girls they'll regret the day they can't take a nap!

More fantastic drawing! Pretty soon there will be no stamping, only drawing, because your drawing (and coloring) is better than any stamp! But I digress... Super cute card - the images are adorable and so is quote! Love the DP, special effects and doodling! This is great!
