After reading some good feedback, I redid this card Outlines technique with Noah by nottoocreative at Splitcoaststampers. I do think it looks a lot nicer!
This is where you stamp the same image on acetate with Stazon and on the paper. Then you color some parts on the back of the acetate, and different parts on the paper, so you get a 3-D effect (mounting with foam tape in between). I saw this at Adventures in Stamping at the Outlines RS Co booth...

and you would say this is nottocreative? Girl, clean those glasses or your camera lense: one or the other needs some major adjustment! This is totally fabulous: fantastic coloring, design and image!

I really like this version the best!. The yellow border makes the picture pop and the ribbon dresses it up. Your willingness to keep working on your craft and accept honest criticism is inspiring to beginners like me. Thanks!
