I generally use a little bit of a gentle soap and a scrub brush. {I use a nail brush like in the picture.}...

It is dry...just some of the chalkiness comes off...

It's not a HUGE smudge, but I definitely have color coming off on my fingers if I touch it.

I use ColorBox and VersaMagic. I haven't noticed a difference between the two as far as smudging goes...but maybe I am not paying close enough attention.

I've used chalk ink and LOVE the look of it, but it always comes off on my hands if I touch the image...even after it has rested for a few days.

Will heat setting it with an embossing gun help?...
