Saturday 12:00 pm EST - JAN08VSNG-PUNCHie Animals Challenge For All Ages-Chat Thread
Title: PUNCHie Animals Challenge
Hostess: Faith (Markie's Mom)
Keyword: JAN08VSNG
Day/Date: Saturday, January 19th
Time: 12:00 PM EST
Its Girls Night Out! That means we KIDS, get to PLAY!
I remember my grandma coming over and watching my sister and me when my parents would go out for the evening.
Grandma had a special goodie bag full of paper crafting items! We'd play with wrapping paper, butcher paper, old greeting cards, markers, crayons and special templates. Grandma was the greatest!
Grandma would draw creatures and we'd copy them. Then, we'd cut them out and paste them to poster board, and we'd have dioramas set up to display our animals. When our folks got home, there would be a homemade Art Show waiting!
In honor of my favorite childhood (heck, and ADULTHOOD) memories, I challenge you to use punches to create animals or bugs. You can make dioramas, paste them to paper, or make a card. Its up to you!
*** ALL VSN CREATIONS MUST BE UPLOADED BY 11:00 PM EST ON SUNDAY, JANUARY 20th ***

Hi, everybody! I'm here to answer any questions, and Markie, poor thing, made this card in 6 minutes...He's recovering from the stomach flu! Got to love him for putting in the effort!
What a totally fun challenge! I've got TONS of ideas saved to my faves, but I've only ever made one punch animal. Thanks for the great challenge, Faith. I'm off to play!

I can see why these challenges are such a good thing to participate in... it really gets you thinking outside the box! Thanks for a fun idea. Off to brainstorm!
I made mine! It's an ant. I'm not going to take a pic yet, 'cause I'm hoping my brown brads arrive in the mail today and I have 5 more minutes to add them on. This was fun, Faith!
