Our Artist in Residence answers your questions
Q: dunkccc asks: "What is an ATC?"
A: ATC stands for Artist Trading Card - these are small handmade cards that are just the size of a baseball card - 2.5"x3.5". They can be designed in any theme, and are often traded at events or through the mail. If you'd like to make your own trading cards, you can easily cut a standard sheet of cardstock into 10 ATC bases. First, cut a 3.5"x11" strip. That will yield 4 cards, cutting at 2.5", 5", 7.5", and 10". There will be a 5"x11" piece remaining - cut that in half and you'll have two strips, 2.5"x11". Each one will yield 3 cards, cutting at 3.5", 7", and 10.5". For over 10,000 ATC samples, check out our gallery HERE! If you're interested in an ATC swap, visit our forum HERE.
