Vicki is our hostess this week and she has chosen: cherry cobbler, gold, and white, and for dessert: ornament
I created a bg using a smooshing with inka gold technique that I learned from Loll Thompson here (I used the technique where she used re-inkers (cherry cobbler) and the inka gold). After letting that panel dry I cut and mounted it to a card front, embossed and punched my ornaments, die cut my ornament string from gold foil cs, embossed the sentiment in gold, and assembled. Fun technique – thanks, Loll!

Beautiful card and gorgeous background Maura... It amazes me what you can create by a little smooshing. Is the string die from Memory Box? I need that die... lol
