I just got this great stencil/stamp combo from Stamplorations and it's so fun! First to create the watercolor look I inked the solid part of the stencil with distress inks and then spritzed with water. Laid the wc cs on top, removed and then let dry. Then here is the fun part- the flower stamp corresponds to the stencil shape, so then I stamped it on all the flowers. I then put the stencil back in place and sponged the blue ink the "correct" way through the stencil. Main panel is popped up for dimension. Die cut hello and added enamel dots. Loved how it turned out! Linking to WT527 (wc background) and CAS320 (stencil), and I just noticed it fits with today's springtime theme too (F4A269). Yea. Also,

Gorgeous! How clever of you to think to use the stencil as a smooch sheet to make the first layer of your watercolor background, I've got to try that. Love the colors that you chose - the intense red and purples are perfectly balanced by that bold blue background. Great looking design! TFS
