How timely that Cindy was looking for monkeys at the party today when I had just been making a punch-art monkey for another card yesterday .
This card is to celebrate the arrival of Patricia's two grandchildren, and of course thanks to Cindy's fun story it's nothing like any of the ideas that crossed my mind when we had advance warning of this Destination Station.
A2 base, white layer embossed with Swiss Dots and matted on blue Bazzill.
Flourish stem and leaves are Sizzix dies, cut from a scrap of old paper. Sentiment from Woodware popped up on foam.
Playful Petals stamped with Worn Lipstick on a scrap of pink paper and Faded Jeans on a scrap of blue. I pieced it, popped it up on foam and added Baby Blue Liquid Pearls.
The monkeys are made with various circle punches, large oval for the body and a swirl punch for the total, all punched from scraps.

Agree, agree, agree...what they ALL said! Love punch art and your monkeys are adorable! I keep trying to find liquid pearls and haven't had any luck. I like what they added to your card!

Your punched monkeys are just adorable. I love your title. The whole time I was making my card, I kept thinking of the double mint commercial that says "double your pleasure, double your fun, with Double Mint gum". Yeah that is an old commercial, not that I am old enough to remember it, I am sure someone told me about it.

I would say that is perfect timing. Your monkeys are adorable peeking from behind that pretty flower. They are just too cute with their curly tails. Very cute card, TFS
