I started CASEing the Art Show piece from the December 2005 demo magazine, Stampin' Success, and it grew from there. :-) Dove and sentiment are from Madonna and Child set. I put liquid Applique on the top left of the letterpress letters to resemble snow. The only matboard that I found under the bed was kind of a pale peach, so I rubbed my old Baroque Burgandy craft pad on it for an aged mat. Dove is painted in interference gold--shows up better in person. All of you name frame people are making me work on Christmas gifts! Thanks. . . ;-)

Amazing!! Did you use classic or craft ink? I am wondering how stamped art stands the test of time.... 'cause I'd like to do some, but I only have the classic pads...

Lisa, I tried PMing you and couldn't get it to work at the moment. I used mostly classic ink. I wouldn't hang it in the direct sunlight with classic ink, probably, but I'm not too worried about lightfastness in the darker inks. I'd be more worried about it in Soft Subtles or anything in the purples. (They seem to fade more quickly IMO.) If you prefer to have things that stand the time-test, get some of those craft spots that are on sale! I just got some. ;-)

Oh my word . . . this is simply amazing, Debbie! Absolutely love everything about it! You're going to make me get out the frames I've bought and hoarded for these name frames and actually use them ;)
