What an amazing gallery to pick from!! I lost something in the translation - the thing I loved most about her card was the crisp red and white color scheme....and the layout reminds me of a little girls pinafore....it's awesome.....Here is her absolutely gorgeous card:
However, I always lean toward ivory instead of white, riding hood red instead of real red, etc. So I started out and picked those colors just because I am drawn to them and when I finished, it didn't have that crisp red and white feel of the card I cased....but I like it anyway, it's just different. I guess we are SUPPOSED to change things, so I changed the red, and the white to ivory, and the image is different and I added the corner treatment, and I had to change the bow to brown cuz when I got all done, the red and white polka dots clashed with my card......boohoo....anyway, I do like my card, it's just different. Hope you like it too!!!

Wow, is this GORGEOUS, Karen!!! I thought for sure you had used Copic markers to color your image, and I was so surprised to read that you watercolored with pad and blender pen. Your colors are so vibrant and rich. I also love the background stamp you used for the ridinghood red cs.

I really don't care what shade of RED you use, Karen!!! As long as the RED is there, I'm a happy camper!! I love your card.......that spiral button is fab with it!! Great coloring and punching!!

Do I like your card? No, I LOVE it! The image is so beautiful and has your trademark white dots for the flower centers. (I so admire your Black Magic technique) Love your stamped background paper and that wonderful button! This is just SO lovely and the ivory and red you used just add to the beautiful feel of this card! Thanks so much, Karen, for honoring me today with this beauty!
