What an amazing gallery to pick from!! I lost something in the translation - the thing I loved most about her card was the crisp red and white color scheme....and the layout reminds me of a little girls pinafore....it's awesome.....Here is her absolutely gorgeous card:
However, I always lean toward ivory instead of white, riding hood red instead of real red, etc. So I started out and picked those colors just because I am drawn to them and when I finished, it didn't have that crisp red and white feel of the card I cased....but I like it anyway, it's just different. I guess we are SUPPOSED to change things, so I changed the red, and the white to ivory, and the image is different and I added the corner treatment, and I had to change the bow to brown cuz when I got all done, the red and white polka dots clashed with my card......boohoo....anyway, I do like my card, it's just different. Hope you like it too!!!

A truly lovely card! I like your color choices as well as that darling image which you colored so beautifully. That button/brad is a perfect touch with the brown ribbon.

Gorgeous card Karen! Your "translation" turned out quite nicely. I am going to have to try your red and ivory combo. I always shy away from ivory for some reason....

Karen, this is gorgeous and I can see why Anne's card 'made you sing'! Your colors are wonderfully warm and your image is adorable! TSMFS
