This is for color challenge 76 to use More Mustard, Old Olive and Bordering Blue. My first thought was fall but then I decided to try a Happy Winter card. I'm sort of on a winter, Chrsitmasy roll right now. I masked the snowmen and used the little trees from Happy Winter and Loads of Love to make a little forest background. I used my artist pen to add a few branches where the stamp didn't hit well due to masking. I used a sponge dauber and applied white craft ink for the ground snow. I also applied the the white craft ink for the snowflake bg and embossed both with white detail EP. I used the Bordering Blue to sponge on clouds with the cloud template. I don't think it shows on the scan but I applied Stickle glitter Glue to all the snowmen hats and scraves.

Wow, I'm totally in love with your card!! Making a forest for your snowmen? That was so clever! Thanks for sharing - this is going straight into my favorites!

Kittie, this is so wonderful. May very well be my favoritist card ever!! Are 'reinkers' the bottled refill inks for the pads? Do you apply it with the watercolor brushes? Truly this card is off the charts!

This card is amazing! The way you have the snowmen and trees intertwined is awesome. I love each of the other details you told about- the snow, the clouds, the sparkley hats...
