The cut marks were at 2” on the top and 3/8” on the bottom. I lined the two marks up on my cutter edge and made the cut - but remember I have an extra layer so adjust according to your layers; you may need to go longer. I cut both designer paper layers together and I can make a second card reversing the prints. I single sided taped on the back to hold the two together pieces together for easier assembly.
The sentiment is computer generated. Markers were used for the flowers and aqua painter and pad ink for the scarf.

Aaaww maaaaan, now you've got me obsessing over yet another stamp company. I wasn't familiar with Eureka, but I LOVE that cat. After a quick peek at their website, I'm hooked. Great card!!
