I watercolored my background swiping in inks on foil. This was put behind my circle die.
The birds were cut away from Penny Black's stamp, The Sweetest Sound, (not using the rest of the image). The branches were added and I used a small eraser from my lead pencil to dip in my ink pad for the berries/leaves.
I was expecting my background to have more blue but now I think it looks like a rain forest.

Gorgeous card Brenda. Your background is so pretty. Wow, the way you coloured those birds is wonderful - they look so real. What a beautiful take on the challenge picture.

Oh, Brenda, this is gorgeous and absolutely a perfect card for the inspiration link you chose (of course you love birds!!)! I love the colors and how creatively you've used stamps, portions of stamps, and your pencil eraser. Brilliant, sweet friend! Hugs! xoxo

Wow! What you have done with this stamp is incredible Brenda. I recognized this stamp immediately because I have it, but never thought to use it like this before. You truly were inspired by your wonderful inspiration piece, and I am truly impressed! ~Karen.
