Ok, I couldn't stop and made a bunch of tags using Balsam Hill as my inspiration and I played in Loll's Twelve Tags of Christmas Challenge too (I made more...teehee).
You can see a bit of my foliage under the greeting - I hated to cover it but I really wanted to use this greeting.
Cut the recycled cardboard but only pulled off half of the back of it so I could make the untorn section into a snowy bank. Painted on some Acrylic paint and then put on some Snowtex (my fave medium this time of year). Covered a deer in those micro beads still on my counter from the previous tag.
Looking out the window at our little field right now expecting to see a little deer but it is too bright. Hope they stay hidden from those mean black powder season hunters in the hunting camp behind our property!

Oh, Nancy, what an awesome Christmas tag! Pulling off just part of the back of corrugated cardboard so you could create a snowbank is so clever. The deer covered with micro beads is remarkable. Such a great mixed-media Christmas tag!!!
