Curious, how the need for sympathy cards comes in bursts. This one's for a friend who just lost her DH to lung cancer.
I used a negative mask, sponged with gray, plum and lavender, over stamped with the stamped-off flourishes and dots. I rocked and rolled the flowers and two-stepped the vase. The card base is kraft, which is sort of tan, right?
Hard to stamp through tears. Maybe it's therapy, and we all grieve in different ways.

Sympathy cards are the hardest cards to make. This is beautiful and so perfect.

This card touches my heart. It oozes all the love put into tee making of it. I can definitely feel your emotions through your creativity. Beautiful work! Your friend will be blessed with this card!!

soft, subtle, and spectacular, love it! I am sorry to hear of the sad news...my mother in law was diagnosed with lung cancer last November (which is why I did not stamp for a year) but is in remission now.
