i love marigold morning and black together. the frayed ribbon plume uses the threads and i used the remaining fringed part on the middle bottom square. thanks for looking!
an added post: you all have been so kind with your comments. what i myself love about this kind of card, is that it really is an easy one to do, it's a great way to use up scraps, and it can be themed to match the interests of the person you're making it for...man or woman.

I love what you did here! I am so collage-challenged, this card has me thinking I might be able to pull it off.
I love everything you did - the colors, the accents, the stamps you put together, the fact that you got the squares aligned straight - EVERYthing. I am so stoked to try this!

This is beautiful! I need to make a b'day card for my FIL and I don't want anything cute or too flowery - your card just "speaks" to me and I think I'll have to CASE it!
