I haven't stamped much at all in the last many months. But I'm getting back into it and here's my newest creation. It was in response to Amy Westerman's Super Sketch Sunday challenge http://heartfeltgreetings.blogspot.c...ch-sunday.html . I did a lot of popping out of images because I love dimensional cards. To me, they come alive when popped out. I used the Stamp-a-ma-jig and blocking to do the word phrase. I did the watercolor misting technique on the butterfly by coloring with markers on the shadow stamp. Then I spritzed with water and stamped. I used the water brush and the markers to add more color as I wasn't satisfied with the results.
My apologies to those who went to my gallery one day and found my artwork gone. I was seriously planning to leave the Internet and was pulling stuff intending not to return. But return, I did. So I'm sorry for leaving y'all hanging like that. Dumb decision on my part. Anyway, back to stamping!

your work is awesome!! love this bright, bold card. This blue and green look great with black. I'm adding you to my list of favorite scs'ers so please don't leave
I am SO glad you're back! I love SCS, but before I found this site, yours was one I went to nearly every day! I was sad when it disappeared. But looking forward to casing some of these beautiful cards - once again! Jeanne in Idaho
