This week's Tea Party is for Heather in Florida, a dog lover who is battling stage four breast cancer. Lisa has challenged us to use dogs and Heather's favorite color, purple, on our cards. I couldn't resist this cute boatload of dogs. I felt like I was practically making the same card this week as the one I made last week, though! For this one, I stamped the dogs, masked a moon and water and sponged a purple and black sky. Then I splattered with white acrylic stars. After I colored the dogs, I watercolored the water using DOX inks, and added some Stickles. Then I sponged the moon with my favorite Grunge stencil to make the craters. I sure hope Heather gets a lot of cute pups in the mail to lift her spirits!

What a terrific scene you created with these floating pups! This will surely give Heather a boatload of smiles!
