and Lewis flipped out when he saw it and said he wanted to make it. So today we looked for something to inspire him and this is what we found (by the way, Lewis wanted to make a card from every single picture on the website that we looked at - he was mesmerized - oh the heart of a 3 year old).
he loved the bears with Santa hats in the blog title and the third picture on the left (he really loved them all - lol).
Lewis flecked a bunch of paint with his fingers all over this paper and my computer and counter and his shirt (which was a designer expensive shirt so we had to take a break and rinse it off and do some laundry - I told him he is getting an artist smock for Christmas and I am ordering one right after this post). Then he sponged the puppy with some distress ink and then I masked off the puppy and let him sponge on some red on the stocking, nose, and hat. We added some Stickles - had to take a break to throw the top of the Stickles around the room and laugh. I embossed the Merry Christmas - Lewis held the heat tool (he is getting much better at that after a few weeks) and then Lewis used a brush to make some snow on the ground.
So fun. We loved the site!

Oh You also make cute cards, Nancy ! The puppy is so adorable and you made a perfect winter scene for him with your fabulous media works. This card gave me some new inspiration for my future cards design. TFS. xoxo. Hugs.

So sweet Nancy. Treasurer these moments. I loved every minute I made cards with my grands but they've since lost interest. They do like to get cards though! What a cute story and agreat card the two of you made! Love this!

Well, you tell Lewis that his card is getting a big FAVE from me! I am so touched that you and Lewis have an Inspiration date as often as possible! I can just imagine him enjoying all the photos he saw! What precious memories you are creating! He did a great job on the splatters. Oops about it getting on his shirt. I have done that myself and sometimes in good clothes. Thanks so much for sharing your card and your story!

How absolutely adorable Nancy. Love the Kraft and love the snow scene and that image is just too cute. Lewis did a brilliant job helping Nana make this card. It does sound like an artist smock is in order. Good thinking Nana!!!
