I saw Carol likes cream/beige,browns and olive tones, so I started my card with these colors, the die cut square is a recycled back paper from an old card, then I used toothpicks glued one by one onto my paper, and used ink pads to sponge them, I stamped an eagle because it makes me think about strength and when I see one flying it's so powerful and peaceful, and because Carol loves vintage I took out my box with old buttons and a bit of twine to embellish.

My goodness, you were really thinking out of the box when you created this amazing card. I love how you used an eagle for strength- they are such magnificent birds, and I love how you shaded and placed these toothpicks over the eagle. I may need to rub your arm someday so some of your creativity rubs off on me a bit- I am truly impressed- and amazed - and I know Carol will be too. ~Karen.
