I saw Carol likes cream/beige,browns and olive tones, so I started my card with these colors, the die cut square is a recycled back paper from an old card, then I used toothpicks glued one by one onto my paper, and used ink pads to sponge them, I stamped an eagle because it makes me think about strength and when I see one flying it's so powerful and peaceful, and because Carol loves vintage I took out my box with old buttons and a bit of twine to embellish.

Wow, Anita - amazing work with the toothpicks. So well stamped, too. I had trouble enough when I tried on a little bamboo placemat. Carol will love your vintage buttons, and the eagle with the promise of rising up on eagle's wings.
