I stamped the snowflakes with distress inks, then blurred with a brush and water. I saw a card by Keeway Tsao that gave me that idea. The sentiment was stamped on vellum cardstock, embossed with silver powder and the panel was placed on a vintage jadeite card base. My items are:
N--nuvo drops
O--salty ocean and O in sentiment
V--vellum and vintage jadeite

I love the colors you used for your snowflakes and your distress ink technique is beautiful. The embossed vellum sentiment is the perfect finishing touch.

Beautiful card! I love your use of unconventional colors for Christmas! And that silver sentiment on vellum is just awesome!
