I stamped the snowflakes with distress inks, then blurred with a brush and water. I saw a card by Keeway Tsao that gave me that idea. The sentiment was stamped on vellum cardstock, embossed with silver powder and the panel was placed on a vintage jadeite card base. My items are:
N--nuvo drops
O--salty ocean and O in sentiment
V--vellum and vintage jadeite

Such pretty snowflakes and I really like the silver on vellum. Wonderful card for Christmas or just winter, Sue.

This is SO pretty. I love that technique you used with the distress inks, it looks wonderful. The silver embossing on your vellum strip goes perfectly with this.
