I'm the hostess for today's Ways To Use It challenge about and involving food. My food isn't very obvious, so I will just tell you. I had an abundance of blueberries this year. I pickled them and the result was wonderful. They taste like heaven when paired with barbecued salmon and you can paint with the juice. My purple spotches are really just pickled blueberry juice and the veins on the leaves were painted with more juice.
