Hi Kim....congratulations again. I've been a fan of your beautiful gallery for a long time. It was so much fun to take a leisurely stroll through it.
This card jumped right out at me because of the beautiful green colour...and then when I enlarged it and read that you had just "had some fun playing....free handed it using watercolor and markers" I just thought it was so sweet and you inspired me to try watercolours again. Within a matter of moments I remembered why I hate watercolouring's guts. I promised myself I would upload whatever came out though, so at the risk of insulting cardmakers everywhere...LOL....here's my card.
I did the trees with an Old Island Stamp Co. stamp and dotted them with copics.
Enjoy your reign, Kim!!!

Jo, I think you did a fantastic job with your watercolors creating that beautiful bg. Love the black silhouetted trees. I'm know Kim will be pleased she inspired you to get out your watercolors.

too funny, I know what you mean, I don't mind watercoloring small areas though, it's the big areas that I don't like to do, I would love to be able to do the sky, ground and water... but I know I won't. great job on the scene Jo, TFS

I don't think it's bad at all Jo and it's good to try different things sometimes. I love the dotted colors on the trees. A job well done as always my friend. I think Kim may hang that in the royal gallery so there you go!
