Yay, it is Monday and time for the color challenge! So fun. DH woke me up at 3:30 this AM getting ready for hunting and I could not go back to sleep. If my camera battery had not died, I could have loaded this before work.
I colored my paper using the smash and squish technique that Susie Australia so wonderfully details. The paper had the right colors but you can barely see the Melon. I got a little of the Melon on my embossed panel so I just lightly splattered on some more - not sure if you can see it in the picture. My leaves were originally pink and I colored over them with some green watered down Brushos.
Hugz!!!!!

OH MY WORD!! Your dogwoods are GORGEOUS, and so REALISTIC!! I see you are still "dismantling" the flower arrangements in your house to get pieces to use on your cards!! The embossed BG really LIFTS these dogwood blossoms ! This one is SUPER DELISH!!! LOVE IT!
Big Hugz - tons of them!

I am coming to Alabama to learn flower forming! Geez, Nancy, these look real, including those leaves! These are so beautiful and natural they appear to be dried flowers! Amazing card and a favorite!
