This was different... I have not been stamping that long, and I am pretty much self taught, except for a few parties that I have attended. Question - how do you get your white ink to look white on black cardstock?? I wished I had a white pen of some sort, but I don't, so here you go. This is what I came up with for this challenge. My base card is white, layered Black Basic on top. Punched the Fiskars Border Punch on the top and bottom, stamped Baroque Motifs and then added punched flowers which I have dazzling diamonds to add a little sparkle. The sentiment is from Best Blossoms. Added Olive Green Ribbon and Butterfly.

Love your design. To get the white ink to look white on dark cardstock, I first stamp with versamark or white, then heat emboss with white embossing powder.
