For today's sketch challenge, I made a card for my good friend Donna who will turn 60 later this month. I got this image in a swap and I think it manages to imply that she's old without actually being nasty and saying so.
The little guys were colored with Prismacolor pencils and Gamsol. I added Stickles to the cake and popcorn. I cut the matting using my Nesties and the scalloped edges with my Fiskars Threading Water punch. I added some brads, a ribbon and a bow.
I hope Donna likes it (her last birthday card to me was not quite so subtle on the age thing).
Thanks for taking a peek and thanks, Roxie, for a fun sketch.
