This card started by my desire to finally use some of my carosel notes. I didn't really want a round card so I chopped one in half and then started playing around with it and some scrap rectangles of almost amythest and so safton. The moment I had them layed out like this it hit me.. hill... night time... day time. I know that the daytime sky is not yellow, but somehow it works for me here. The rest was really easy... CB the night and day bits, punch out a moon and sun, and a house/roof. I deliberately grounded the hill on the bottom of the page, but once it was done, I wished I had left a white border on the bottom too. What do you think... bottom border or no?
My DH has been going away for a lot of business trips recently so I think this card will find its way into his overnight bag soon!
Thanks for looking!
